Does anyone know of any tutorial for creating a splashing offect? I'm finding my own efforts not very successful. I've searched this forum and tutorials and found nothing. Any help is appreciated.

I'm trying to get the effect of a body or bodypart (like an arm or leg) splashing-like you might see in a swimming pool.
