Hi, I never had this problem before.. the image above show the screen shot of the poser pro scene when I ad textures that are above the 4000x pixels in this situation was more that 6000 x pixels .. no matter.... as you see the eyes looks normal cose are 600 pixels but the head skin turn to a nobody know what.. if I render this model everything looks normal as expected..I don't think here are memory problem ..I use 5GB and I render this in a 3 sec of time... have somebody problem like this with Poser pro? and can help me what to do in this bad situation? it like that my Poser Pro can't handle bigger textures that 4000 pixels.. and I have all new updates. Thank you very much for your attention and reply.. Cath

poser 4 with prop pack can't handle over 4090 pixels. P5 can handle that with ease. Just a thought.

I brought in a 5400 pixel backdrop to P5. It was black on the screen but rendered just fine.

Thank you for the reply.. nah that is news.. I always make no bigger that 4000 pixels but had to test one and "bum" I have to spare PC while I work on textures and have open many big softwares so why I don't open Poser5 to make this quick renders.. from what you wrote nobody can handle bigger textures as 5400 in any way in Poser or Poser5 so I have to return and rescale everything to lower versions..:( Thanks, Cath :)

Poser 5 user must edit firefly render settings to increase the texture resolution. Mazak

Actually, Poser non pro pak can handle renders larger then 4090 IF you render it as a one frame animation :) I don't know about pro pak though, but I don't know why it wouldn't :) Pendy

I think now we speak about rendering.. the problem is with the preview window of poser scene that can't handle bigger Textures on the models self bigger that 4000 pixels.. I can well render the textures 5000 or 6000 pixels no problem but I can't see the textures when I am posing the figure.. :)

Catharina, do you have an image that we can see to help us out? Pendy

Well, I've got to tell you all something. It doesn't matter how big people make their textures. I ALWAYS size them DOWN to about 3000 pixels simply because anything bigger sends Poser into a snit. Makes no sense to me to make them so large that Poser has a hissy fit. Nobody needs THAT much detail. Sheesh.
