Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Nov 13 11:02 am)
I think whether or not a product will be a success is mostly if it's something a large number of people feels they just GOT to have. Also, while lingerie for Vickie (any version) seems to be popular, I personally won't buy any more of it. What kind of things do you plan to sell? Remember if it's something very "niche" it may sell a few and in that case the price doesn't matter that much but if you're aiming for the "broad masses" then price matters, at least if you are going for impulse buyers. Another tip is to make some Free Stuff. This way people will get to know both you and your products and they will have at least an idea of which quality to expect. I'm selling stuff. Some months are good, some months suck...

Well I'm trying to get some success stories and some numbers. The models will be Koshini type, but even more animeish. Look more like Final Fantasy X anime. With boy and girl anime characters. Generic anime bodies and such. I was just wondering can one expect to sell 100 or more items. I mean whats the most anyone has sold? I mean how big is the market? Is selling 10 good or is average a 100, has someone sold over a 1000 on one item? Oh and thanks for the reply
Anime stuff seems to be the new fad at the moment, so you'll probably sell pretty good of an anime character. I have no real idea how many Koshini's sold. More than 100 but probably not 1000. Depending of the product 10 can be good or really dissapointing. As a comparison I can tell you that my best selling items have sold 40 and my most dissapointing item has sold 3. You can have a look at my store to get an idea of what kind of stuff I sell :o)

Hello all I was wondering if you guys had any success in selling Poser models off of Marketplace. Anyone have any ideas how many units things like Koshini sold? Please share your success stories. Thank you!! I'm trying to see whether or not its worth to put my models up, from the low end to the high end models
