Hi guys - First, yes I have mailed them but have got no reply, they're probably under a pile of stuff trying to dig their way out. Second I'm not complaining about anyhting, just looking for advice. I put 45 (!!) items in my cart and went to checkout. Sounds drastic, but at 99c apiece it's not even 50 bucks! I've done it several times and it insists on adding fedex shipping at $13 to it, like it's to be shipped for goodness' sake. Can't remove the charge. I want to DL of course, as I always do. I've bought LOADS of stuff there before (PC member) and never seen this before. Is it a temporary thing, or is it because I have so many things in my cart at once, what is it? Is there even a max no of items at once without shipping charges? If so what's the max? Anybody seen this? By the way I have another 45 items on my wishlist, waiting for the next purchase as soon as the first one is complete :o) Never pass up on a good sale, I always say. :] Fish

There's probably a conflict with a small handful of the items, as they're currently doing updates to their store software... if one of the items you tried to purchase doesn't have a download file in the database, then the system automatically assumes that it has to be shipped.

45 plus another 45 ???? Wow...going hog wild, you are :) Its real hard to pass this sale...and with the brokered items 35% off...even harder... My cash flow is pretty much gone, had to buy a weed whacker...the wife called me at work complaining the grass along the fence was 18 feet high...I told her I was waiting until it got to 20, but she wasn't going for that line, LOL... Hopefully I can gather a few buck before the sale ends on the 13th.

Hi Fish, The paladin should be ok now. Sorry it took so long to get it sorted out. It turns out there were two copies of it on the store as well. Please make sure that the one you have in your basket is the active one. the id number is 830 (this number will show in the bottom of your browser when you mouse over the link.)
