Are you asking someone to do the characters for you, or asking suggestions on how to do them? The little girl should be easy enough. The old black man, the face shouldn't be too hard with age morphs you can get at morph world, but there don't seem to ne any morphs for body part aging in males. You might be able to find someone to do a texture and bump map of aged skin and wrinkles. That would seem to me to be the best way. In fact, now you have me thinking.
