None of the download links have appeared for my items. Seems like there's a serious problem here that may need fixing. Sorry to be another person complaining, Tatha

No problems at all. Its the way our system works for first time buyers to assist in fraud prevention. You downloads are now available. All future purchases will be available for immediate downloading. Thanks for shopping with us! Clint

ahhh, that explains it. Maybe you should put that on a webpage somewhere. I don't tend to read emails...too much spam. :)
