Subject: Profile Weirdness

The form is telling me that for every time I make a change to my profile, I have to insert a NEW Email address. WTF? Man, I just want to increase the number of thumbnails I can view, but it refuses to take the change unless I change my email too.

Hmmm maybe you accidently deleted the email address??? Might have been a hic-up in the program awhile back and your email was accidently lost?? Try entering your email address into it one more time and save - then go back and see if it asks for it again?? You might also try logging out and logging back in after you insert your email information. Lastly - make sure your email is correct. I know I have accidently typed my email wrong more than one time :) Let us know if any of this helps. ladynimue

It's there. Email is correct, haven't changed it since I signed up. Haven't deleted it on my own, either. Tried signing in and out. Feh. No wonder I have a headache.

So your changes took place?? Crosses my fingers in hopes that everything is ok :) Sorry for your headache :( Wishing you a wonderful coming week :) ladynimue

No, still can't change anything in my profile without it wanting me to change my email address too. ARGH.

Well Poop! Ok, Lets get the Big Guns in here to help you out :) I will contact the programmers, lets see what they come up with. No one is in the office until later this morning, but I am confident that they will be able to get to the bottom of your problem :) Thanks for hanging in there :) ladynimue
