Hi. I just found out that the majority of the stockholders (exluding the stocks held by Vector Capital ) have overhelmingly voted in favor of the merger, and the final court stuff should take place next week. In my local news (I live in Ottawa) our newspaper ran a small article saying that the Save Corel Group of shareholders would, if the stockholders vote in favor of the take over, try and block the thing at a court level. Things should be interesting. :)

Welcome to the party. ;o) Final court approval will happen today sometime. If that goes according to (Vector's) plan, final acquisition will be finished around the week of Aug. 25th. I think it's in the can. AgentSmith
