Hello today I got this picture from the marketplace testers. It's no problem to see what the problem is but I have no idea where it comes from. Something is wrong with the polygon which makes this strange shading. The polygon is not always lighter most of the time it is darker then the rest of the modell.

I made the object in 3dMax where it looks perfect. Even in 3dExploration it's still fine. Only in Poser this error is visible and even then not all the time. It depends very much on the light.

What happend here and how can I fix this ?

Is it a very thin section? If that's the case try making it slightly thicker. I think the inside is conflicting with the outside. Another alternative is to use the tools in UVmapper. It can fix degenerate facets etc. Always keep your original safe just in case.

Try reversing the normals.

Hello again this section is not very thin and it looks to like all the problem started AFTER using UV-Mapper(Pro). Sometimes UV Mapper tells when things are out of range but this did not happend with this object. Reversing the normals of this polygon would not make much sense it only would turn this face invisible before render. Well, I already replaced this part in the original file and I am done with the Poser file too. This is not a big problem I just wonder why it happened. thanks anyway -Holli
