This is the first obj I've made in 3d max5 and in max it looks great but when I sent it to poser5 I got the lines in it where I put the walls togather. I've tryed makeing the wall in one peace but the bricks looked way to big.

Poser's trying to smooth-shade the individual mesh elements. Try running it through UVMapper and split the vertices.

also, first weld the verticies then spilt the verticies...do that in that order in UV mapper. Sharen
