I've added a another new freebie to my site: a very basic Microwave Oven prop. The entire model is only 27 polygons in size! It comes with pp2 and rsr files and two texture maps: one for the door window and another for the control panel. And, both of these materials will take any image, so you could even make your own control panel! Note that this is a very basic prop- it will look excellent in a kitchen scene (with other appliances), but may or may not work that well in close-ups.
