Subject: Difference in price

I would love to know from Lynn, who if I understand well is a member of E-onsoftware, the reason why Vue Pro costs more in Euros than in USD. With the exchange rate of the day, upgrade price of USD 299 equals to Euros 267,59. Then this means that for European customers Vue Pro costs almost 24 US dollars more than for USA customers. I have not considered the taxes. It's not a small difference, a person could go to a restaurant or buy two beautiful Poser models here with this money. The difference for the regular price, is even bigger evidently. But I don't think that here in Europe the people are richer than in the USA. So what reason is behind this? Merci. Yannick

Maybe we have to consider the price for shipping the manufactured software to Europe? Possibly also that e-on has to pay heavy taxes to get the software from the USA to Europe?

Gebe, I believed that E-onsoftware is Franis. Paris, for the precision. Yannick

If it's anything like Vue 4, you end up paying the on the day Euro>GBP price, rather than the quoted GBP price anyway. Can Lynn confirm what Guitta said, that we in Europe are paying an additional hidden shipment cost?

I just supposed this could be the reason:-)

Sorry, Guitta I meant to put 'Guitta suggested' rather than 'Guitta said'! :-O
