Thanks for the help everyone. Poser is up and running right for the first time in three days or so. (I hope, keeping fingers crossed) In the process of reinstalling it for about the fifth time in two days, I noticed Poser came with painter 3D. I wandered why I never installed and I found out why. The online manual won't come up. I get an error message when I tried to open it. I believe it is error 9 if that's any help. Can someone tell me how to open the file or send it to me as text or word doc? thanks butch
