I have successfully created my first conforming clothing, these ship-boots. Now that I know how, there will be more...

Above is the final design for the body textures for both Mike3 and Victoria3.

There will be 5 color variations for the shoulder patch/epaulettes, for denoting ship departments (command, enginieering, etc.)

There will also be a belt, and a digicom wrist device, with a holo-projection interface. I am considering a phaser-like weapon with a clip-on hip holster, or a cross-draw belt holster, like on STNG. Not sure about that yet.

The belt and boots will come in black and white, so that guardsmen and shore patrol can be distinguished from regular shipboard personel.

Any feedback?

here is a sample of one of the shoulder-variations... Engineering. I also have a really cool idea for a rank insignia prop on the collar, but I need to learn how to do geometry swapping with the morph dials for it to work.

You do great textureing and this and what you have created before are super. That being said, I'd like to see another design, much diefferent infact. It's starting to look like nobody else works in this universe that you have created other those that have come before. Dusty burnt up uniforms, leather sheild patchwork like your archers but in a scifi theme, robocop metal work but more jumpsuit scifi. please don't take it the wrong way, I love your work, and have bought a couple of your packs they work and render very well. I'm just not sure I want to spend more money on packages that are clonish of the same thing. This WIP and the description seem like ProjectZ with Pathfinder stuff merged. sorry, don't mean to be negative, just throwin thoughts out there. You do do fabulious stuff.

MC, your point is well taken (or at least not too badly taken... :P ) However, there is only so many projects I can work on at one time. I do have plans for other projects that are not as clean cut, but they are in the queue. While there are some stylistic similarities, this is not a Concord outfit. Future Concord packs will be focusing more on props and conforming clothing to help equip special units. There is a possibility of more civilian style packages, but nothing concrete yet. Meanwhile, this particular project was born from a desire to update my original SF Uniforms packages, currently selling exclusively here at the RMP. I wanted to do a M3/V3 version, and sell it as a cheap base texture set, like the original. But I was not satisfied with just porting the textures. I wanted to do a new Manga style design. Also, since I started working on building my own props and conformers, I decided to include some in this package, so that customers will have everything they need to outfit a character for a scene. While it is true that Project Z has a wrist communicator with a holo dsplay, that is not original to Project Z, and this one will be very different. It may also end up as a hand-held unit, but the current version is more like a wrist-watch. Hopefully, when you see the whole pack, it won't seem clonish.

like I said before your work is super. I look forward to seeing the progress on this unfold :)

"I wanted to do a M3/V3 version, and sell it as a cheap base texture set, like the original." Cheap-ish combo M3/V3 packs would be great, but you're probably talking about two distinct packs, right? :-( I've picked up a couple of your packages so far and will get more in the future, for sure. I like the idea of some matching futuristic civies, as not everyone'll be in the services. The boots look great, by the way; nice, normal boots that don't draw too much attention are a worthwhile addition all by themselves. Looking forward to seeing the other props.

This would be a combo M3/V3 pack
