Subject: Encoding hybrid figures with Objaction Mover?

Can anyone offer some tips on how to properly encode a hybrid figure (one figure's head combined with another figure's body) with Objaction Mover? I have finished the Don/Judy/P4 hybrids, but I'm not sure how to encode them so that I can distribute them without violating copyright.

Encode the hybrids using the P5 figure-meshes as the seed files. As an example, for the Judy/Posette figure, use P5NudeWoman.obj as the seed. This ensures that whoever uses your hybrid must own Poser 5 (and both Judy and Posette) in order to extract the mesh.

I understand that by encoding for Judy, you are covered for the Posette parts (since the two were licensed together in P5), but how would you cover a combined figure made from two separately licensed figures, i.e. Judy & Vicky?

Ideally, you'd encode the mesh file twice: once with Judy as the seed, and then encode the encrypted .pcf file with Victoria as the seed. Or vice-versa.

Unfortunately, Objaction Mover only works on .obj files, so you can't double-encrypt a .pcf. rcook's RTEncoder utility (currently available for PC only), however, can encrypt any filetype, including its own.

Netherworks distributed the Victoria 2/Victoria 3 hybrid through this method, and it's how I'll eventually be distributing the Millennium Catwoman.

As I only recently learned that Mover would work with just a single matching poly in the seed, I wanted to make sure I hadn't missed another trick. -- Thanks LD.
