well, first go through the list at the right - especially www.poserworld.com / Fairywoods then you might go to Tygerskins.Megastore at http://members.fortunecity.com/tygerlander/ When you're finished (I think about 3-4 hours) you could go to http://www.3Dmodelworld.com Lanny's Webpage - go through all links and welcome back the next week. Good luck
You can try all those sites that Schlabber mentions for textures for various clothing items, Rena (at Fairywoods) even has several of her texture packs available for download. Speaking for Kalypso and myself we use PhotoPaint and Corel Texture and make most of them ourselves. Also KPT 5 and 6 are useful for various effects. The textures that you've seen are not just a fill but composited with various layers so just experiment and have fun. For environments you may want to check out www.graphtallica.com Basically a resource for game skinners but you can make good fantasy backgrounds.
I can't help you too much with the props since I am not much of a modeller. The Zygote Costume CD is great. Poserworld is also good. As far as most of my textures flushing at the compliment they are basically one or two leather textures that I play with. Just a simple 420 pixel square. I use photoshop to mess with most of them. Basically I have a warn leather base and a not so worn leather. And one or two cloth grains. Othere than that it is mostly putting them together, drawing on top and mapping them. Same as anything else. Good luck

Does anyone know where I can find any? I saw and was amazed by the textures on the models by Jon Kalypso and Gostofmacbeth just to name a few. It seems to me that all period stuff is hard to come by especialy props and clothing. thanks for any help:)
