Shadownet, in order to remove textures make sure you have none applied to all and resave the cr2 (if you want in another folder) so that the cr2 you give will not ask for anything. The textures Poser asks for are only the ones which have been saved with a particular figure or prop. You could edit the cr2 to get rid of the textures but for anyone uneasy with that, I've found the previous method works best.
Thanks Jon. I tinkered around with editing the Cr2 file and figured out what I needed to do to remove the unwanted materials. What you suggested is great, and worked well for saving the figure clean, so that it did not call for any textures when loaded. However, I also had old listing showing unused material settings for the figure that were left over as a result of one or more props being spawned to make a new prop and I needed to get rid of these settings as well. The only way I found to remove these materials was to edit the Cr2 file. Jafo, glad to here it. Really want this to turn out right. Marque thanks for the comments and your offer to host the file. Uthena also offered to host the file, and will make a texture for the unicorn as soon as I get if finished and sent off to her. Again, my thanks to everyone who helped me out along the way. I am still not clear as to what can and can not be posted but have heard no objections to this figure being as a Cr2 file. Hope to hear back shortly on an email I sent to Bloodsong about the morphs I used in making the figure. Rob
In the final stages now. Finished the Cr2 and zipped it off to Uthena who has offered to make a texture and host the file for download. Hopefully the email got through, I have not heard back as yet and have had some minor problems with my email. Uthena, if you read this and did not get the email I sent, please let me know. Rob
