Is there a way --> lets say you just made changes to the left breast of Judy - and now you want the same settings applied to the right breast by clicking a command?!? (Instead of typing or manipulating all the dials)

This often works. Edit > Copy, then select the right breast, Edit > Paste (or you could use Ctl-C/Ctl-P)

Are you talking about morph settings or joint parameters. Figure > Symmetry > and then click yes for joint settings.
