This might sound like a dumb newbie question but are there any other files other than Mat poses that can be put in the camera folder ?

As far as I know, just about anything that doesn't involve actual geometry can be moved between their respective folders with the appropriate renaming - faces, poses, lights... Hands might be an exception due to the left/right selection, but I haven't tried all the combinations. :)
