Folks have asked us: "Why are you charging so much in comparison to other pose sets?" The answer is quality, folks. Happenstance (and Counterparts) pose sets are a massive labor to make each individual pose as 'perfect' as it can be, right 'out of the box'. Every finger is individually posed to be as close to 'just right' as possible. every pose is examined and re-examined from multiple camera angles to get the most realistic look possible. Sure, you'll have to make adjustments based on morphs, or clothing, but Kit goes the extra distance to try and ensure that those adjustments are *minimal*. If you haven't checked out the Happenstance Collection, now's a great time to do so. Same if you're a previous purchaser of volumes One, Two, or Three, and are looking for more. Each set includes 15 poses of the highest possible quality, ready for use in any Poser version. We feel confident that once you see the work that goes into every Happenstance set, you'll never look at quality the same way again. I just thought I would add that, originally, my intentions were to go lower with pricing, as I know how it is to desperately want a product, but be broke. Hehe, in fact, I know it well. This is why I priced the Counterparts sets, which were our first products, and came in sets of 15 pair poses, at $12. To my knowledge, in that venue, that was the most product for the least amount of money.

When Happenstance was ready for release, Chrome and I, somehow, never got the chance to discuss price, and the $12 just carried over. With the deluge of pose sets out and still coming out, and with prices being what they are, I feel, despite the quality I shoot for and always will, that $12 for the single pose sets is too much, and will be adjusting prices accordingly as the sets come out. For those interested, there are 20 so far, and all will be available for both Mike 2 and Mike 3.
