i don't have a web site yet. so how do i post an entre to teh contests if i don't have a site?

if you're speaking of the poser challenges, where you make an image, then you simply upload it to Renderosity when you enter the contest. :)

First look to see what the contest rules say about image size, especially the kb! The standard limit is 200k for any image in a thread here, but some contests have 150k as the limit. Even if your picture falls within the pixel size (800X600 is another standard) it might not fall within the bit depth. Therefore a program which allows trimming while saving, such as PhotoShop's "save for web" feature is really great. Do the same for the thumbnail! If it says 100X100 pixels and 15 kb, you have to get your image under that 15. I usually put both images on my desktop so that this Windows box can find them. Then while in the thread with the contest entries, I can click the upload button and post them. Carolly
