I'm currently working on an image and would like to ask you for your opinions on it. I've still got some things to add to it, and some post/work after I render the final image. Let me know if you think the lighting/textures and anything else you can point out doesn't quite look right. Thanks!

looks great so far, love the atmosphere. I would maybe make the POV a little more exciting, maybe bank the camera a little and zoom in or make a closer shot. other than that it's looking good so far. excellent job.

looks good! Maybe a little closer, it's kinda hard to see what's going on.

Looks good, I agree with the others, also a bit of smaller foliage around the trees & even smaller around the alter.

I concur as well. The scene seems setup well, but just because you WANT all the little details to exist doesn't necessarily mean they should... Go for a closer, more angular view to give off a sense of action, or impending doom....?

I too agree with all the above, but please tell, how did you make the trees?, they don't appear to be from the tree lab and they look really good. 8) Catlin

Thanks everyone for your comments, I will post an updated pic of where I'm going with it sometime later today. It's taking a long time to render now.

Catlin: I did a tutorial on the tree's, and right now I'm having a problem adjusting the moss on the trees so I might be stuck with them like that (the moss going all the way up the tree).

You can do the tutorial here.

The scene is really good, trees are great, but i think you should improve the lights setting, so you can give a more dramatic look to the scene and add some contrast too. Keep up the good work!
