Subject: photos of swans

hello all i was wondering if anyone had pictures of swans i could use for reference for paintings? we had a family of swans in our park but the city moved them somewhere for whatever reason, and i don't know where. :( thank you for any help!

I might be able to help you out...somewhat, meaning.... I've got a few but they're really not very good. They're more like swans in the distance kind of shots... swans have never been very cooperative for me. :~/ I have seen some really good, close-up shots in the gallery before, but it's been a while and I'm not sure who the members were that posted them. Maybe somebody here can help you out. :~) In the meantime I'll dig thru my archives and see if there aren't a couple that you might be able to use...but it might take me a couple of days, so I'll get back to you on this.

I have a black one, not too good, sorry. But maybe it's helpfull to determine the body proportions.
