For all, who don't read the Important.txt: This package contains a highlight.jpg, so you can make a hair texture with highlights if you like. Open a texture and paste the highlight.jpg as a new layer, set the layer to softlight. Now save the texture with a new name.

Thank you Wenke. Personally, I'll use your highlight.jpg straight into Poser 5 material room, with the blender node : this way, I will be able to adjust the mix between the two layers and modify it until the final render.
