For the past couple of days I have been unable to access my shopping cart or wish list in Netscape 4.x I can still access my purchases just fine, but when I try the shopping cart I get what you see above. What did you guys do, forget to close a tag or something? A Very Frustrated Shrew

Something like that. Please try again, and please don't wait for a couple days to let me know if it's still broke! :-D I can't reproduce the error in IE.

Ok, just gave it another shot and it's still not working. Downloads/Purchases, Gifts and Gift certificates are showing just fine, the way they always have. It's only the shopping cart/wishlist that is not working properly. I'm using Netscape 4.78 or 4.79 (can't really remember which) if that helps any. I tried clearing my cache but I still get the same blank screen and no sidebar or scrollbar - just the top site navbar. I think it's just a plot to try and make me use IE ;-) Kate P.S. I would have mentioned it sooner, but I was dealing with dirty battery contacts and a CMOS that kept forgetting what day it was.

It would seem that as long as my shopping cart/wish list is EMPTY, I can see it just fine, no problemo. BUT as soon as I add something to either the wishlist or the cart, it goes all blank image on me. Netscape 4.7x is the browser with the problem. Can't use newer versions of NS since they cause too many software and hardware conflicts on my machine (that's AOHell for ya) and I absolutely HATE IE with a passion. sigh It was working just fine before y'all started "fixing" things around here.
