We're excited to introduce a new team within Renderosity: Coordinators. Coordinators will work closely with mods and admins to keep everything running smoothly. Membership at Renderosity has been growing by leaps and bounds, so this new group will be able to assist in many key areas and allow us to continue moving forward. I think that's a good idea. I'm not sure why you're not just increasing the number of moderators instead of adding a new class, but there must be a reason. Certainly the current crew of moderators seem stretched pretty thin.

Dialyn, i think the idea is to get them (coordinators) acclimated to the methods and working of the site instead of "tossing-them-in-the-deep-end". Then they can be moved up to Moderator status and hopefully have less "burn-out"

Oh...a mentoring program. Cool. Well, I promise not to spit wads at the new guys and gals...at least, not in the first week. ;) Thanks!

Coordinators will help manage forums, galleries, and work with members. They are taking a part of the Mod's duties. This will allow Mods the time to handle some of the other areas that have been put on hold because of time issues. More on these coming... Yes, retrocity is correct...good way to mentor/train. tammy
