Subject: Problem Downloading Purchase

I attempted to make my third purchase from the store today and encountered a problem with the download - it didn't happen. My credit card info was accepted and the purchase - Nerd's Dream Spinner Line appears under the "View My Purchases" menu selection. I'm assuming this means I've been billed $49.95 for this? Since this AM, I've made another smaller purchase that completed normally - as they did two prior times. The attempted download of the Nerd purchase resulted in a "Page Not Found" error after clicking on the Download button that was to be active for only one half hour after my credit card info was accepted. What do I do now?? --- RJay
