Subject: haze/light problem?

well, I'm trying to make this huge map in vue 4.1, but when I place a terrain right at the end of the water portion, it looks all hazed, like it has this huge fog over it... I tried turning off the haze and fog in the atmosphere editor, but all i got was for the rest of the sky to look crappy and it still didn't solve the situation that the terrain can be seen... my only solution was to place the terrain back in the center of the map, but that was not what i originally wanted. is there anyw ay to make full use of the map space without things looking funky in the border? Max

hey, thanks for yuor reply, but I just realized I had the mainc amera in the stratosphere, that's why everything looked to hazy and foggy... so by lacing the camera closer to the ground, the thing gets fixed. thanks again Max
