Subject: Help -- Download link has disappeared for me

Hello, I just had a very frustrating night and morning trying to download one of my purchased files, "Hartley for V3" item number 23327. First because of connection problems, I got up to 85% completed on my download of the 23+ meg file but then got disconnected!! So then it gets worse... I go back to the purchase menu to try again and now see the download button has vanished. So basically although I have not received the file at all, the system must assume I got my product. After instant messaging an admin last night when this happened the first time, he (I think Tim helped) reset the download link for me. But when I went back to try the download it once again began soon became disconnected and once again the link is now gone. I have purchased over 20 items before and never had a problem downloading any of them even on my 56k... and yes some were over 20megs. It's just this one file apparently. Can the Renderosity staff PLEASE look into fixing this for me, either resetting the download again so it won't disappear for at least one day (until I am finished completely) or credit my account so I can repurchase the item, or an alternative place to download, etc. Thank you very much, please help me. I replied to your E-Mail. Your downloads have been reset. Do not use MSN 8 or any download managers/accelerators when Dl'ing files from our site since they will not work with our secure download code. If you continue to have problems please let me know. Thanks, Clint
