ok I made what is to be my last purchase here...checked the bank today...and paypal it said that the invoice has already been paid please contact merchant {this was when I went to try and pay again as it said it was waiting on payment} according to the bank and to paypal the invoice is payed..but I can not download...~sighs~ Help?

There must be a delay at PayPal. I notice it each month when I transfer from our bank account into PayPal that there is always 2 (sometimes 3) days from the time my bank shows the money gone until it shows deposited into PayPal.
