I'm a biginner user for Poser. I have tried to modify a poser figure, but I don't know how to the way. I have modified a figure on Carrara, and output a file for OBJ format, and input to Poser4. So, I found my figure. Oops! This is an only Props in Poser4! That is not able to action!!! Then, I remember about hierarchy system of Poser. So I've searched Forum and Download utilities such as PhiBuilder, CR2Editor ...etc. To my sorrow, I don't know how to do next. Please teach me, How I should do next. Anybody Please!!

Also try Nerd's conforming tutorial. Its about clothing, but is very useful in learning how to set up the hierachy and getting to know the useful if oft times frustrating Joint Parameters. Good luck.
