Subject: correcting time-outs

Is there any way to correct download time-outs. Quite often, when downloading large files from my account screen, the download gets to about 90% and then stops, Internet Explorer sits there and does not move any further. Being able to resume a download (I.E seems to resume downloads with DAZ) would be useful. Gordon

Hi Gordon, Make sure that any Download Managers/Accelerators are disable before attempting to start your download. Our Secure Download system doesnt allow the use of these tools. Clint
