Subject: Replacing a modified figure with another

I have a Poser superhero from the comics continuum that I have replaced with another superhero. They obviously come from the same mesh since substitution was possible but the boots that the original figure had stayed behind. All the other props belt and manacles stay in place and move fine when I pose it but the boots won't stay in place. What I am doing wrong?

If you just edited the new Cr2 to point to the old hero object, you might want to look at the original CR2 to see how the boots were setup, possibly you'll need to cut and paste that section or copy the values, or try and re-parent/ (if needed) re-conform them in Poser.
