Subject: Pride..... or just plain cockiness?

Hmm. Just been sitting wondering, and thought I'd share the ponderations with yourselves.... No dount most of you will have perused my gallery at some point in time (many thanks to those people who have me as a fave artist, btw. Much Appreciated) If you haven't, I expect to have a 500 word IM by noon tomorrow explaining your actions..... Anyways, I was thinking about printing a few pics off as xmas prezzies - not to replace real gifts of course, but just as a token of thanks - and even then only for a chosen few. Considering my 'rank amateur' status, would you consider doing the same with your work at a similar level? Just curious, coz I don't want them to call me a little big head. Cheeeazzzzz. (For full effect this is to be said out loud with a Charva accent. For a defenition of a charva, ask Michelle) he he he (",) btw, sorry about the lack of either nudity or violence, but hey - it's nearly Chrimbo!

Youre to modest. If you make a present in the quality you post here, but "just as token", I think you make youreself smaller then you are. I would certainly make these gifts. Take a pro atitude, and enjoy the smiles. ;) Amateur, its what you think you are. You switchs that thinking, good present for youreself. Nudity and Xmas, wow, inpiration :))

Well if your gallery is any indication of what you are going to print out, I say go for it! Don't be so hard on yourself, I would love to recieve one of your prints for a present, that would be better then any store bought present you could buy me! Brenda :) P.S. I was thinking about doing the same thing with a few of mine.

i wanted to do this too... like an earlier post by Misha... matted, signed, framed... sigh... but i have a crap printer :p was thinking of gift wrapping a signed cd with one of my larger then life photos on it & just have them print it up ... but that seemed kinda tackey :l ... ... ... a little bird told me last night, i call her "mother", said she would send me a Canoni960 for combo birthday/xmas present, not my first choice but affordable & it'll be mine! mine! mine! :D happy, happy, joy, joy :D please send any ink cartridges you have laying around compatible to this model... thanks!! oh, & JA... go for it! having a signed print from you would mean so much more

First, thanks for the compliments people. You know how to make someone feel happy!! 'Chelle, that page was mint!! If you combine the defenitions you do indeed seem to come up with the atypical Charva. Thankfully the cold winter weather sends them scurrying indoors from the street corners, so we don't have to look at the poor unkempt sods. I think I'll just stick to my latest pics, coz I like them best, but yeah, I think I'll go for it. Cheeeaaazzz! How, mista, gorra tab? he he he (",)
