I believe it is. Ive seen others do it without problem. But its a legal copy (still in box with book) I don't see any problems with this transaction. Cedric

I believe that one must also get a "transfer of license" from CuriousLabs. That way the new owner gets the rights to the upgrade path and customer support. Years ago I transferred my much-hated copy of 3DStudio v2 this way... the company sent me a certificate where I listed the new owner's name and sent it back... my friend then upgraded and promptly became an expert (editor of the local user newsletter, too). It's nice to keep records straight... and if there are cross-platform specials or product tie-ins, the new owner will want to be eligible for them. Carolly
