I am in desperate need to find out who created this image. I know I have seen it before but I can not remember where. If anyone knows who did this please let me know!

Go the the web address on the picture. The same gal that has that page is listed as a web design link. Bass Web Design - email the web site creator..

Well thats the problem. The one that has it on there site has just been caught for a very large amount of art theft. She was using a few of ToxicAngel's images on her site and even used one to print on her manual and sell it. She was using this one and one of Jospehine Walls images at cafepress on products. I have tracked down most of the artists that had images there, but this one I cant remember the artist.
