Ok - last night when I tried using my Visa Gift Card, it gave me the AVS error - so I followed the instructions, waited about 15-30 mins, and tried again. I didn't get any sort of reply when I did it the 2nd time - the connection timed out. When I closed out of my browser and went back in, the items were still listed in my cart, so I didn't think the purchase went through. I just logged onto the site where I can check my gift card balance and transactions. When I had the AVS error, it showed a Transaction Date, but no Post Date. The second one had a Trans Date AND a Post Date. I take it that this means the transaction went through - but I cannot download the items I purchased. Please help. Thanks!
