Subject: Need French Language Help, Please....

Sorry for being ignorant. Guitta or anyone, how do you say the equivalent of "Merry Christmas" or "Season's Greetings" in French? I would like to post a series of five or six free sets of 3D gold letter objects for the season - for people to place in their pictures if they lack a 3d modelling tool. The first package (with a traditional font) is almost ready for download at www.expandingwave.com/freestuff, but I am missing the French language version. Can someone give me the correct phrase? Then I'll make and post all the others. ps. Have posted a special set of snowflakes and tree ornaments there for the Vue community only. (The 3ds. version will come out as a Marketplace item on Weds. But the .vob version is my gift to all of you.)

Merry Christmas = Joyeux No But often and normally is written the following on our cards: Joyeux No et meilleurs voeux pour la Nouvelle Ann (Merry Christmas and all the best wishes for the new year) or Joyeux No et meilleurs voeux pour l'Ann 2004 (Merry Christmas and all the best wishes for 2004) Hope this helps:-) Guitta

Hey thank you, rodluc2001. I'll make some more - or I'll custom make some for anyone that wants one. I've saved the file, and will use the whole thing next Xmas, when there is more time to make these in advance. Am suprised - more than 100 downloads from just the Poser people within the first 18 hours. Must be a need. Seeklight , tonight I'll make a special hand-hammered set just for you.

Gebe...my hubby is German so let me/him help out here....not everyone knows the key-code on how to make the "umlauts". Even I don't...so hubby is telling now...here it is...for those that don't know the umlauts are the dots above the appropiate letters. The key code, holding the ALT Key and entering a numerical code, is as follows: ALT132 = ALT142 = ALT148 = ALT153 = ALT129 = ALT154 = And for those that are curious about the double S in the German language: ALT225 = Hope this helps :) Just remember Hold the ALT key down while typing the numbers Debby
