Subject: changing my username

well, I'm not sure if this post goes here, but I didn't know where else to post it... I've been wanting to change my username for a long time, and I know that i can open a new account with my new username and stop using this account, but that means I'd have to re-upload everything I have in my gallery (not that much, but still)... so, how can I do this? in the settings for the account you can change a lot of stuff, just not your username... please advice...

I've wanted to do the same thing for ages. This feature is apparently on the long long long.....long "to do" list at rendo' central secret HQ. So for the moment a new account is all you can do about it.

If this is something you are sure you want to do, notify a moderator or an admin. What happens is..... 1. your images are removed from your gallery 2. you lose all comments on them 3. and the account name is closed, but still on file, there is still a member record maintained so no one else will be able to take that name in the future. But I also believe you cannot take the name back either should you change your mind. Michelle A. Moderator
