You could blend the color of the ball with a tiled image of the person (tile it twice in the X direction). Use a mixer, first channel is your original color, second channel is your image (tiled), mixer would be a value you could adjust. To make it even more complex, you could blend your original image with the same color in another tiered mixer in the second channel to keep the original color more solid. And last but not least, you could actually put the image of the person either in the background of the scene with some signifacant manipulation to get it to really reflect in the ball or you could texture the image onto a plane and set the plane in the correct orientation to reflect in the ball. These are just a few of the possibilities you could try. -Kix

How do you make a nice Christmas ball shader? I have the model and I would like to have an image of a person reflected in a Christmas ball as well. I have tried to tweak around inside the shader with no luck, but I'm not so familiar with the shader yet. 'don't have much time to tweak around since I do 3D on my spare time. Thanks, Snekkis
