Just thought I would give you a glance at some new lace that I am working on. I haven't decided yet how to use them. But, I have developed a dozen new laces in the past month. Now you know what I have been up to. Why I haven't come out with any new laces the past month. Well, while I have developed a dozen, I will probably narrow it down to 6 to 8, depending upon how they look when applied to clothing. At this point, I am still in development, but I am contemplating doing a Volume 3 to my lace for PhilC's Lingerie. Half of the new laces are detailed laces like you are used to seeing in my packages, i.e. 106-110. So far 106, 108 and 109 look up to my standards, and are featured in the bra, garter belt and panties of the sample figure. Also are new sheer laces with little lace, 041-047, the better ones so far are 41, 42, and 44, 41 and 42 are used in the gown and stockings. These are better for gowns and stockings. So, I would like to hear a bit from potential customers, are you interested, and what items would you like me to apply the new laces too. (Note: I will only redo a couple of my existing packages with the new lace. But, feel free to mention any that I haven't done, yet!)

No one does lace better than you do. I love the lace overlays for the clothes. I'm not so much into the lingerie, but I love a lace look for a blouse or a dress. Great job! Looking forward to seeing the new packages released.

I appreciate your comments! Yeah, I was feeling a bit in a rut, and so I took a step back from the lace working on other things, so I could come back to it refreshed. And I think it paid off! I developed a couple of new techniques, wanting to get that texture in the cloth, such as the stockings, that one can see the knit of the fabric. It is getting there. Still a little playing left to do. I have updated 3 items, and they are in pending now: my slip pak 1 (I added slip setup for BatLab's casual skirt) and I completely redid my V3 Body Lace and V3 Catsuit and Stockings. While these have the same patterns, they were redone from scratch, with some new patterns and colors added. Yeah the lace look for a blouse or a dress is a challenge, not to make it, but to market it. While it may be a critical success, the market seems to not be there. I did an article on lace and how to layer it. I think that I will redo the article and create a tutorial for Renderosity on how to layer lace instead of trying to sell it. I probably won't be doing many blouses or dresses, but I will always have some. Others I may do as a freebie, just to show potential customer and what better way than with something like these items. I don't know that I will do a lot of packages, I am considering doing a volume 3 for PhilC's lingerie, and a new hose and stocking package. But, haven't really gotten any further than just thinking about it. That is why I posted here, just to get feedback from customers or potential customers.

It's well worth the wait to see what you'll come up with. :) Happy holidays!!! You've given me something to look forward to in the new year.
