Hi there, I messed up my card details during an order and I seem to have been given a black mark: I've been getting the following message whenever I try to re-make the order: "We are unable to process your order. Please contact our office at 1-866-220-2949 for further assistance. Thank you. Renderosity Store Staff" As I'm in Australia you'll forgive me for not phoning can you help me out? Cheers Bigjobbie

I reset your credit card on our system. Check out the provided link. Its the Customer Support FAQ - It has information around what may be causing your failures. Clint
