2 richly detailed texture sets for the DAZ Articulated Book Prop:

"Quarto" is an illustrated Renaissance Novel with text in French . . . and "Psalter" is a medieval Archbishop's Book of Hours with text in Latin.

There will be 2 texture sets and 4 book poses included with this product.

wow..speechless, and that's saying something :)

I have fallen under the spell of these books! Where will they be sold?

dialyn ( ) posted Sat, 03 January 2004 at 11:26 AM

It looks like they will be available at http://www.jaguarwoman.com/. I am also looking forward to them becoming available.

Well here's hoping they will be available at Renderosity. They haven't rejected any of my submissions yet. But who knows? They will also be available at my own website . . . and who knows where else? I have many more things I want to do, this is just my first texture set and it was a huge piece of work preparing it all. I truly hope the next one won't be so taxing. I bow down to all the texture artists because now I know what is involved in this process. Next: a great bible, a book of classic fairytales using all Poser renderings, and a volume of Persian poetry. I hope. As soon as I can negotiate the incredibly difficult (for me) learning curve for character textures, I've got a ton of things I'm burning to do. But first . . . here's hoping Renderosity (or someone else) will accept this submission.

I'm so happy to see your gorgeous 2D work moving into the 3D texturing world. I can't wait to see what all you have planned. This is SO gorgeous, I can't even believe it!
