I think that's wonderful news and thank you so much for coming here to let us celebrate with you. It encourages other people to try when they learn of someone else being able to submit and get recognition...one of us, as it were. :) This may be your 7th byline but I am sure it will not be your last. I can understand Syyd Raven and her talent being inspirational. Her textures are works of art.
That's a big thing. Not just for you, but because everytime someone here succeeds, it makes success for everyone else seem a tiny bit more possible:-) You give hope :-) Congratulations and thanks for letting us know. I lurk at rdna, so I've seen you :-) I am completley in love with Transponds stuff. Shanna :-)
you don't just lurk, shoshanna! ;-) hey, check out their new temple set: Khmer Temple. It's really nice looking, and very useful as an addition to the architecture stuff... EEek! omg! I can't believe I did that! (hangs head in shame and runs) apologies for the plug. And thank you for the congrats!

Yes, I agree. It is a big deal. Congratulations! A poem here, a poem there, and the next thing you know you need a book of collected works. That'd be cool. Good luck and keep submitting. jon

A poem I was talked into submitting to Poetry.com's ongoing contest was selected as a semi-finalist and, more important, will be included in their spring 2004 publication, bringing to 7 the total number of bylines I've managed to eke out in 20+ years of scratching words on paper. The poem is entitled Night's Lament, and is a short ditty that came to mind when thinking about Syyd Raven working on a texture. (some of ya may know my usual haunt is RDNA, where I'm an infection that has spread throughout their forums with odd ditties...) I came to post and share with ya'll.
