Subject: applying clothes

hi
when i try to apply clothes,i click on the 1 tick, but it makes the clothes and deletes my figure, when i click the two, it creats a new figure and is impossible to put on, does anyone know what happening?

After you click the two ticks then select the cloth figure and go to the figure menu, select conform to and then select the person that you want to wear the clothes.
