Subject: Vue4, Mover4 and sound?

mouser ( ) posted Thu, 15 January 2004 at 7:57 AM · edited Mon, 11 November 2024 at 4:46 PM

Man how did I live without Mover4, its got everthing except sound. I'm using Virtual Dub a free sound dubbing app, but I just can't help but feel that importing sound files is a must for Mover. While using apps like Mimic its a bit of a fustration to have to use a 3rd application to crowbar sound into an animation. What are peoples thoughts on this? I'd gladly do without many other toots and wistles and be able to import sounds as well.

SonicFire Pro is a great application for adding sounds and sound tracks to animation. It comes with lots of professional sound loops and you can order more from an extensive catalog from our partners, SmartSound. If you downloaded our Vue 4 Pro demo movie, you heard a sample of what you can do. SonicFire lets you resize the tracks easily by sliding them in a timeline, so you can get exactly the right length to fit your movie. Both e-on software and Smartsound offer a bundle. Check it out. Its kind of hard to find -- click on the "buy" button, then select United States, then scroll down and find "Movie Bundle" to get Vue 4, Mover 4 and SonicFire Pro. You can also buy SonicFire Pro separately. Its available for both Mac and Windows (but not on the same disk). Best regards, Lynn Fredricks e-on software

SonicFire Pro looks impressive but I was thinking more of bringing sound files within poser files into vue automaticaly (especialy mimic stuff). Virtual Dub does a similar thing as SonicFire Pro but only with AVI files. Realy I'm just trying to cut out yet another process that I have to go through (Cause I'm lazy).
