Well Photoshop Elements 1 is a reduced version of Photoshop 6 and Elements 2 has some of the same features as Photoshop CS. So Elements uses some of the same filter's. Really both are essentially the same as full versions, except it has not as many features. hi guys....i got 2 questions.... 1. can photoshop elements use Adobe Photoshop filters? 2. if not...where can i get free elements filters? thanks for any tips....much appreciated... :)
