Subject: JPG to TIF Conversion?

Is there an easier way to convert JPG to TIF. Currently I open the JPG in Photoshop, then "save as" TIF. This gets tedious for some models with many textures. Thanks for any help!!!

Hmm.. well, you can get ACDSee.. it converts images to a bunch of different formats, and it also does wonderful jpeg compression (most of the time). It's still a matter of loading the jpeg, then save as TIF, but it loads faster. =) Rosh

PaintshopPro will do 'batch' conversions... you can select all files of one type & convert them into another format en masse.

Theres a small freeware program called Irfanview that you can download at http://www.irfanview.com/. It supports most file formats including tiff and does batch conversions as well. Plays Slide shows and movies (plugins also avaliable to support less common video and pic formats). i use it alot for quick batch conversions and slide shows. Very Handy

You can use Actions in PhotoShop to do batch conversions, too.
