Subject: Virus Alert

Attached Link: http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.novarg.a@mm.html

All day I've been getting "bounced" messages in my e-mail. It seems someone who has me in their address book is infected with the W32.Novarg.a@MM worm/virus. This is a nasty little critter. Information can be found at the link. Please scan for this one and clean it out. At this point, I have no idea who the infected party might be as I didn't recognize any of the "undeliverable" addresses. Kate

Same thing has been happening to me. Of course opening the attachment is a big mistake: "The icon used by the file tries to make it appear as if the attachment is a text file. The attachment type varies [.exe, .pif, .cmd, .scr]often arrives in a ZIP archive. (filesize = 22,528 bytes)" I've received two of these "attachments" as well as a number of the "bounced" messages. What a world.
