Hi all, I would like to know that how come when I import a figure into bryce. It sometimes has something like 1000 textures for it,(a texture for every body part) which takes for ever to load and manipulate. Sometimes it only has a few. I don't think I do anything different. Thanks Marc

When I export from Poser, I don't check "Use exact internal names" etc, nor do I check the last two options. Also the other thing that I do to save time is open the scene that I am putting my figure into and go into the pict library prior to importing my figure and put all of the textures that I used on it into the library. Saves time and aggravation. There is a really good tutorial for exporting at http://www.robinwood.com/PoserGoodies/PoserSet.html That is where I learned this stuff :)

Hey .. I am not sure but I normally only get a couple. I normally don't have the group selected and normally don't weld though the weld wouldn't affect it .. the group probably would ... Good luck
